Help us reproduce the problem.

For a puzzle or playback problem

• The puzzle name and whether you are using the website, iOS app or Android app.
• Your browser or app version, and the device you are using.
• What you entered, the action you took and what you expected to happen.
• The exact error text or the first move where the physical puzzle and animation disagree.
• For the Snake, the 23-digit fold code and the selected target. For a colour puzzle, clear views of all faces in a consistent orientation are useful.

Say whether the puzzle has been reassembled, re-stickered or had a piece twisted by hand. Those changes can create arrangements that normal turns cannot solve. Please exclude passwords, payment details and unrelated personal information from screenshots.

Before reporting a problem, the mismatch checklist can help distinguish an entry error from a playback error.

Privacy and advertising

You can use the same contact address for privacy questions or a report about an advertisement. Include the platform and where the ad appeared. Our privacy policy explains the website’s choices and the mobile apps’ Privacy options.

Support is handled by the project’s developer. There is no guaranteed response time; a complete report makes investigation much easier.
